Angela Wade, Student Services Coordinator at Southern Oklahoma Technology Center, Ardmore, serves as the Educational Services – Special Populations President for 2008-2009.  Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Education, Chemistry Emphasis with a Minor in Mathematics from Oklahoma Baptist University. While teaching science at Ardmore High School, she obtained a Master of Education in School Counseling from East Central University. After teaching at AHS for eight years, Angela began her CTE career as a physics instructor at SOTC. Over the years, Angela transitioned into counseling.  At SOTC, she supervises financial aid, career counseling, registrar, and assessment and is the Tech Prep Coordinator.  Angela has been a member of ACTE and OkACTE for over 10 years. She served as Secretary of the OkACTE Special Needs Division from 2003 to 2007 and as President-Elect 2007-2008.  Angela and her husband, Brent, live in Ringling and have three children. She enjoys spending time with family on their ranch where her husband runs feeder cattle and harvests pecans.
